What is the best way to transfer my 4K videos that I recorded with my iPhone to my Mac? When I use the "Save" feature (DJI Go>iPhone>Mac), it doesn't seem like it saves the full file because when I play it back on the computer, the quality does not look 4K at all.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. With regards to that. It would be better to connect your Mobile device directly to your Mac and transfer the File rather than downloading it. May I ask what Osmo series do you have? Please keep us posted. Thanks!

Thanks for the tip! I have the Osmo Mobile 2. It's just when I'm traveling, I don't always have access to a computer and I would like to transfer my videos to secondary a storage (ie. usb drive) to free up space,  but it doesn't seem like I can do that without having to download it onto my phone first.
