I’ve had the wheel on order since 1869. The store does have a number of wheels they’re expecting, but DJI just do not deliver and all the info the stores gets is that it’s delayed (again and again and again an...).
If you’re having production issues, just say so, DJI Osmo. If you wanna be Apple, follow suit with their outlandish prices for simple accessories, you have a loooooooong way to go before you can at least remotely justify the pricing. 1. Proper customer support, 2. Actual real information on things like this, etc etc. 3. Proper customer support. 4. Seems you have major issues internally when it comes to communication throughout the company, fix that. 5... |
