We're retired so divide our time between Cruising and caravanning. 3 full laps of OZ in 8 years. Love the weather and vibe in Darwin around June to September...dinner at Mindil Beach...I could go on.....Great spot. Even called in once while on a cruise ship!
We're looking at another caravan lap next year. It's a long way from Perth but we try and plan well ahead.

3 full laps is a massive effort. Do you follow the same path each time (I guess in some spots you would have to). It would be great if you had of taken a photo at each spot to compare over the years. Im trying to edit a video of Mindil Beach that I have been working on for a few weeks now. Got a few on the go at the moment - I need to just do one and get it done. And now to add to the mix Im trying to fly a waypoint mission over a few different times of the day over the harbour to show the tide coming in and out - ahh well... Darwin is a funny spot - and the wet season still has not hit yet - im still waiting for it. You know when the cruise ships come into port - the city doubles in population.
