I have recently purchased a refurbished Mavic Pro from Amazon, I tried connecting to the app and even flew a couple of times but I keep getting SD Card err whenever I insert SD card into the drone, I swapped and tried 3 different SD cards
1. SanDisk Ultra 32 GB
2. SanDisk Extreme 64 GB
3. SanDisk Extreme Plus 64 GB
I don't understand what's the problem with my mavic, this is my first time trying drone.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hello and good day Vinod. I am sorry that you are having this issue with the SD Card on your DJI Mavic Pro. Please try to back up the files on the SD card and format the SD card on the PC. The SD card that is less than or equal to 32GB should only be formatted into the FAT32 file system, the recommended cluster size is 32KB. If larger than 32GB, it should only be formatted into the exFAT file system, recommended cluster size is 128KB. Please give us an update on the said situation fo us to help you further. Thnank you.
