After charging I turn the controller on and the four white lights come on but not the green light. Is there something wrong because the green light does not come on?
Have you read your owner's manual? The green LED and lots of other fundamental things are explained in the owner's manual. You should read it from cover to cover and have a thorough understanding of everything in it before you fly. It's important.
The lack of a green lamp indicates no connection to the AC.

This is normal that the battery LED indicator is white and the other LED would be the status indicator of the remote which will change to a different color, for example, blinking green is indicating is linking to the Aircraft and solid Green is linked to the Aircraft.
