Hi

Can someone at DJI tell me when you will update your service to make sure the iPhone XR is compatible with the DJI Go 4 app? It has been out for over 6 months and would have expected the XR and XS by now to have been supported.

I am not sure if this issue is due to the iPhone XR or some other issue, but I cannot change the recording mode on the Video on my app, in that it is permanently fixed to 2.7k resolution and I have no other way of changing to vlog or 4k.

Can someone please help?

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. As of the time being, the iPhone XR and XS haven't been tested by our engineers, therefore, these mobile devices are not yet compatible with our DJ IGO 4 app and the aircraft. I'm afraid that our team hasn't been cascaded to us if the iPhone XR and XS will be supported in the future, however, we will forward this to our designated department to see if we could add these mobile devices on the future compatible devices. Thank you for understanding.

I have no problem with my iphone XR and mavic pro 2 since november.

Using XR and Pro Platinum here with GO4 and Litchi no problems (IOS 12.1.4)

On M2 Mavic and Mavic Air no problems with XR .

No problems using my Xs with my M2P either

I have been Using my Xr with my Mavic 2 pro for 3 months now , I have no issues . Smooth as butter !

Hmmm. It’s good to hear that everyone has no issues with their iPhone XR.

Can someone advise how to change record modes from 2.7k to 4K etc etc? And dlog?

When I try and speak to customer support their first thing they say the XR is not supported and that must be the reason!

Anyone to help on this? Iphone XR is it officially tested yet or not? Otherwise customer support just ignores my problem in being unable to change record modes or change to Dlog or other modes.
