Light on camera stays red and buzzing when trying to up grade firmware

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. With regards to that, you may give a try to format the SD card then put the BIN file and give a try again. And you should have the changing red and green led on the camera and a beeping sound meaning it's firmware updating. Take note that firmware update will take 30mins as soon as the firmware update is successfully you will have the solid green led. Best regards!

Sounds like a bad SD card to me.   Make sure its a Class 10 card, and its a name brand.  Samsung cards have worked without issue for me.
