Tuk Tuks are the go for sure, though seldom see them with a clear roof and being tall in a normal one it is hard to see anything. Would love to know how you got your licence to fly the drone here.
Thank you! It was a long process. But I now have figured out the easiest and quickest way. You first have to get drone insurance for I think it was 100,000 baht. You can get it for about 150 US dollars through the insurance they recommend, on their website. It's really strange because you send your money to some guy with a gmail account. I guess its legit. You get the insurance via email, print it off. Take photo's of your drone and controller from all angles and make sure you get the serial numbers. When you get to Thailand find the closest NBTC office and go there with all your documents and drone to register it. If you can't make it to an NBTC office the local police station will suffice. Takes about 30 minutes. You can do it online but its confusing as the English version of the application is hard to read. Plus it takes around 60 - 90 days. Hope this helps |
