So, I've played around with the settings: Changed Follow modes / Gimbal modes  / Flashligh ... to avoid this wobbling effect.

I event tried the Warp Stabalizer of Adobe Premiere Pro that could not correct this jumping either.

Besides Ninja walking, any other suggestions?

Apart from doing a Ninja walk, use an X-axis stabilizer.  Even then, care is needed. I've practiced my ninja walk over cobblestoned paving and streets to try to improve. Having a larger screen such as using your phone also helps as you can see the edges of the frame more clearly.

There is a stabilization App ( I only know of it in the iOS system ) named "Emulsio"  Might be worth a look to see if that can be smoothed.  Note that it does compress the files to some extent, so don't Save to Replace the original video.... do a Save As and make a copy of whatever is created.

This is just up and down movement that is normal when walking. It cannot be corrected by software because it will distort the image. The only solution is ninja walk or a Z-axis stabilizer. There are a few out there, but they are normally big for the osmo pocket. There is one for the osmo. We need a zaxis pocket stabilizer Meanwhile, ninja walk is fun and it works  ;)

Watch this video, it's in Japanese so you won't understand what he's saying but he did a lot of demonstrations on varies holding and walking method to minimize the wobbling effect.

That's also my post but I felt that a Z-Axis rig kinda defeat the "Pocket" advantage of the OP. Learning the varies walking/holding methods that minimize the wobbling is more practical.
