Samsung Galaxy S 10.5 not work

Hello nihao : ) - I connect BF Samsung Galaxy S 10.5 tablet to bottom in Mavic controller because he not have cable so he use side. Ipad Air2 work but I take back it because it have other issue. But 10.5 tablet keep want charge because it say slow charge use original cable many time in second. I do debugging bothe device but it not work. How I fix?

Hi 李菲薛Kitty, my apologies for the inconvenience. For the charging concern, It was related the android system and hardware. The Android devices needs on-going 500mA to maintain the USB connection, so there is no option for the Android device to disable the Charging mode. There are a charging Mode in IOS DJI GO 4 APP RC settings but not available in Android DJI GO 4 APP of Mavic 2. I would suggest you try a different cable so that we can isolate the issue. Just a reminder, please make sure do not use the Micro USB and USB ports simultaneously for video linking. Remove the cable from one port before connecting a device to the other port for video linking. You may also refer on our recommended devices below for your reference. Also, please let me know if the issue persists, we're here to help. Thanks for your support.

no this isnt true...  this is because other issues with samsung devices mostly..  almost every samsung device generation is completely broken for several months on dji go 4 for unknown reasons until you guys eventually decide to fix it.  

second of all if it only needed 500ma why is the controllers dumping upward of 1.75 amps  (1750ma) into android devices?

He have only  cable come when he get tablet, that why he hook tablet to USB on controller bottom.

only 2 suggestions i have is:

1.   try a different cable that's higher quality.. maybe bad cable broken internally or it maybe the cables you 2 are using are not optimized for data transfer are are only optimized for charging (weak data +/- lines)

2. try another device, samsung devices are notorious for having these issues with DJI products.. its almost random, some people never have an issue and other people (like myself) cannot get them to work in a stable manner no matter what.

5.5? lol omg tablet I try make work not 5.0, it 4.0.3 only lol. Ok I update then I again try.

Don't know if it is the same on Tablet but on my Samsung phones under developer option I can choose the
default USB connection Transfer files, USB tethering, Midi, transfer images or charging only.

It ok I buy new ipad air 2 for bf drone and he use it. I think I want buy crystal sky so he use it because even ipad air2 hard see when he fly in sun.
Also, I get bf android work, but hd cam mode not work because it say it hardware not support so I just buy him new ipad air 2.
