Laggy Freezing Pilot App

Any ideas....

I've got a CS 5.5", that I've used with Go4 with other Mavics and no issues.

I now am trying to use the Pilot App with a M2 Enterprise zoom, and its laggy, like starts out looking like dropped frames, then just gets worse, and sometimes will just freeze up. Its not usable at all in its current state. I've noticed it doing this even not in flight, while I was connected and adding some recordings for the speaker.

I've tried factory re-set, and re-install, with no change.

Running the Pilot app on an Ipad, and connecting with my M2E, works fine.

You are not alone; i made exactly the same observations as you do.
Pilot app on CS with a M2E series aircraft  is useless.
DIJI is also unable to supply a working Pilot app on the Smart Controller.

Ideas? None.

Same problem here with the M2E and M2ED and my CS 7.85".  Worked perfect since I have received them but lately its laggy, drops out, freezes, etc.  What's going on?

Equipment:
Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual - Firmware: 01.00.0000
Remote Controller: Firmware: 01.00.0300
CrystalSky 5.5" (and 7.8") Firmware 02.06.06.00
Pilot app 1.2.0

Symptoms: Screen unresponsive, very laggy. Sometimes Pilot app crashes and restarts itself.
What i did so far: Reset to factory default. (same results)
Prior flight - reboot the Crystalsky (helps sometimes, but not most of the time)

At it's current state, CrystalSky and Pilot app and Mavic2EnterpriseDual is not usable.

Note: Pilot App and Crystalsky are working when using it with a M200.

I can try to shoot a video, but problems are as described in my original post. I'll update this thread with a video.

I had the same problem right after, I'd update the DJI Pilot app from the ver. 1.1.0 to 1.2.0.
I contacted DJI and asked if I could do a downgrade back to ver. 1.1.0 and they sent me a link to do it.
Now I'm back in business using the CS again.

M2E, Firmware: v01.00.00.00
RC, Firmware: v 01.00.03.00
CS 5.5", Firmware: v02.06.06.00

Susan... If you read Milos original post very carefully, you will find the versions listed.

Yes, DJI enterprise also recommended the same to me,

I was on a trip, but just installed and initial test flight looks good on 1.1.0
