I recently posted about DJI practices which I believe are against European Consumer law and their poor customer services. https://forum.dji.com/thread-181997-1-1.html
The law firm working on the matter asked me if I knew what data they had about me and I can access it. I have submitted a data access request to DJI according to the applicable privacy legislation. Last years there were investigations carried out in the US. However, no action has been taken in Europe where privacy law is way stricter.
I have reached out to DJI legal team on both issues several times. Unfortunately, they remain silent.
