Hi, osmo is not connecting to phone again. It happens quite regularly, and turning it off/on will solve the issue.
For today 11th March 2019, nothing seems to work. I cant get it connected to phone.

The app only shows Inspire1. It does not give me any other choice.

Please assist. Urgent. I need to use it now.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. With regards to that. I assume you have the Osmo standard as you've mentioned. You may give a try to reset the wifi of the Osmo
by doing this
1: Turn Off the Osmo
2: Hold the Trigger and Shutter button down
3: With the trigger and shutter button pressed, pull down the power switch and keep all three in place until the battery light flashes Green.
4: Release everything
Then you may give a try to forget the wifi network as well from your mobile device then try to reconnect to the WIFI of the Osmo. Please keep us posted. Best regards!
