This is a message for the administrators/modirators and your site manager.

Ive noticed that the forum index URL is https://forum.dji.com have you considered also using a redirect of https://forums.dji.com and pointing it to https://forum.dji.com

I only suggest this as it's common practice to use both the singular and plural, forum & forums, within URLs to get to a forum. If someone manually types URLs and uses forums.dji.com they'll go to a dead page and may think that the forum is down or doesn't exist.

Plus there's a fair chance that you may lose potential sales if someone was undecided working out if they should buy a DJI product VS a competitor's while trying to find DJI product/user experience information and couldn't find the forum and what they were looking for.

Yes, I've noticed this as well but as others have pointed out on other threads, the quality of the tip should outweigh the cost of the postage
