Hi everyone,

I have a Mavic Pro that seems to have a problem writing to files on the SD card, and I'm wondering if anyone here has seen this before.

In most videos that are more than a minute or so, there are occasional errors that look like the video is jumping back a few frames and then continuing on when played in VLC.  Played in Windows Media Player, it usually crashes at these points.  It's as if an error is written to the file in seemingly random spots, on average maybe once every thirty seconds to a minute.

Things I've tried that have no effect (problem still exists):
Different SD cards, including ones that came with a couple of new Platinum Pros, Sandisks of various sizes marked "U3"
Different resolutions and frame rates including 1080/24, 1080/60/, 4K/24
The four most recent firmware versions, including the latest that I think came out in February
Different batteries
Recording while walking around indoors with the props removed and motors off
Holding steady or going through motions making the gimbal move makes no difference

The problem has existed for several months and may have existed since it was new, but it's out of warranty.
Here are links to a couple of short files with examples of the problem.  You have to download the files to see it clearly, playing on-line makes it less obvious.

Thanks for any ideas.  I can edit around the errors, but sometimes they are in an important part of a video.

Steve
