Hi Guys,

Just received a set of YX Landing Gear for Spark purchased on Ebay for around $AUD9 (approx $US6.50). The product is well made and easy to attach. Will have to wait and see how resilient they are to water exposure (damp grass etc.) They are attached in the same way as DJI Propellor Guards, so both cannot be used at the same time. May not be suitable (or desirable) when flying in Sports Mode, but did not notice any adverse effects when flying in Standard Mode.

I have a set of them installed and really like them.  I'm not big hand-TO/land guy so having the gimbal farther away from the ground is nice.  Now I'm trying to find a case that is deep enough to hold the Spark with legs attached

That's good to hear. So far I am happy with them. I'm not really big on hand TO/Land either.

How's a trimmed down battery clip work with the gear on???

Sorry, can't answer that one .. I don't use a battery clip

Original series was called just "THUNDERBIRDS", wasn't it? The modern remake that  premiered in 2015 is named "Thunderbirds Are Go". So I think it can be tricky to assume an age of speaker

Yeah, they are pretty well made. The only question mark I have is whether the springs are water proof and won't rust, they are coated so I am hoping they are .. only time will tell

They are light, durable, and the Spark still fits nicely in the FMC bag with them attached.

Yours are possibly more durable than the ones I got. I think the springs on mine are as much a gimmick as functional, .. Spark doesn't land at high speed (intentionally anyway)

i think that's great but i'm concern about the material of the springs because the calibration of the drone needs to be away of a distance away from metal but i prefer the plastic one but that's my opinion

I haven't noticed any issues with the landing gear and calibration so far. Cheers
