hi im looking into purchasing a mavic air drone second hand the seller claims its been removed from the box but never used could you help me do a serial number lookup the serial number is 0K1CG553AE0MJ1. i used the dji decoder and it gave me no information

Could you give me history on my recent drone purchase .
The owner said he got it new from drone direct and registered it for Jan 2019 .

I looked at decoder but that says Jan 2018 .
Is the an issue as he is saying and showing his purchase invoice for Jan 2019

Hope you can clarity this for me .
Did he enter the wrong year ??
Its a magic pro platinum serial O8QCF1NPO21PAC

From what I read, the R in the 5th from the end means it is a refurbished unit. Is there any way to determine what year it was made or what year it was refurbished? Hi Boomer06385, upon checking the SN, it is a refurbished drone and was activated on 2017, you may refer to the price of Mavic Pro (Refurbished Unit) on our online store: https://store.dji.com/product/ma ... ished&vid=32421 The after-sales service policy for DJI refurbished products is identical to that of new products.
