When I first saw that the Oamo Pocket was going to be released and it was shown off by tech blogers, I knew it would be the perfect travel video cam. Small and unobtrusive with stabilization, fast to boot up and get that quick shot. I already had a trip to Vietnam booked and jumped on one when it became available.
Here are some of the results. Some footage shot in and around Hanoi on the first leg of the trip and all edited in the Kinemaster app on my Google Pixel 3XL.
Please note, I am a complete novice at this but found this device to be a dream to use and get some halfway decent memories.
Thank you. Yes I am, I am especially impressed with how quick and easy it is to use and the quality of the footage stabilisation without having to spend much time thinking about it.
Still a lot of settings and options for me to explore as well!
Not sure that I would say awesome! But thank you very much! Hopefully the one that I am working on at the moment of the next stop on the trip will be an improvement again...... always learning.

Well done.
Absolute newbie with the DJI Pocket yes, but not related to the filming.
I really liked the movie, very interesting.
Thank you for the tip. I did realise this as I was looking back at the footage, mostly caused by the fact that the group that I was travelling with were not the most patient lot and I felt pressure to get the shot and catch up to them as there was no waiting around for me!
The joys of travelling in a group!
