Just noticed there is a dji go 4 app update for the crystal sky. Please info of any faults .

Why should it be down to customers to announce DJI Product updates.? Are DJI Admin really to lazy to put something in to announcements for THEIR CUSTOMERS

It’s great to get the long awaited update, but does any company announce updates to customers, I’ve never had a message from Facebook , Apple, instagram etc if I want to know about these and all updates I must turn on my phone.
But maybe dji should send you a PM to let you know of updates. ;+) :::::::
For me I’m just glad when I turn on my CS it says update available, I’m happy with that .

Thats true hallmark. But then again dji has in each section a chapter called announcements. It’s a pity they don’t use it that often. I also believe the guys who developping dji go 4 app is a sub company from dji and it could be that they do not communicate among eachother.

Your probably right, I just find it hard when we’ve been looking for update for so long , first action when we get it is to complain, each to his own .

My Crystal Sky both the 5.5 and the 7.85U advise of the update but the download is stuck on 0% for hours. Why won't it download ?
Is there a problem with the DJI server or am I missing something here

Please advie, anyone ?

Mine stuck on 0 for about 5 minutes then loaded fine. I think that it depends on how many are downloading.

I would guess that DJI Go 4 version 4.3.14 on CrystalSky has exactly these same features as 4.3.14 on all other Android devices and the same as 4.3.12 on iOS.

No more no less.

Unfortunately I'm still having the same gross compass errors as before. Updated the app to 4.3.14, calibrated the CrystalSky internal compass and my M2P compass and the behavior remains erratic and unreliable to say the least. For the most part, the compass indicator on CS shows the opposite direction to where the drone is heading.

I'm having trouble activating a new CS 7.5" tablet.  I can't access the settings page or activate a new CS screen. HELP
