Have a Matrice 210 here and still have an error saying “network connection error, please try again”. This is even after they released their “fix” for the Assistant 2 for the Matrice (Windows 10 OS) that was released yesterday.
I’ve had a ticket open for about two weeks on this and although they’ve said they know what the cause is, their fix for the issue was for me to:
1) Use a system that has Windows 7 or 8
2) Use (for me it would be buying) a Mac computer..
Now that it looks like the Mac side of things is having issues as well, I’m really getting concerned that they don’t know how or can’t stabilize the Assistant 2 for the Matrice.
