Hi Dronie1965, thanks for reaching out. You don't need to worry about. You can calibrate the VPS when the APP prompt you to do so. Here are some reminders when calibrating the Vision System. If this a newly purchased drone. You need to peel off the stickers, which are likely to cause an error report. Please make sure to update the firmware to the latest version with the latest version using DJI Assistant 2. A display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. You can set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200. Restart the PC and the aircraft multiple times. You may refer on the video tutorial below on how to properly calibrate the VPS using DJI assistant 2. You can also download DJI Assistant 2 here:https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads If the issue persists, please let me know. Thanks for your support.

When doing vision sensor calibration I ran into an issue with the rear sensors. DJI assistant wants you to fold the rear legs to calibrate, but you cannot completely fold the right rear leg because of the usb c cable connected to my laptop. Thus it does not calibrate. Pull the usb c  cable out, and well, you know what happens. It disconnects everything. Even with the leg folded all the way, you still cannot get the cable in its slot. This latest version of updating the Mavic 2 and the smart controller has literally been a mind numbing experience. I'm feeling like a guinea pig for DJI testing for new gear.

When callibrating the sensors it kept failing and had did several attemps , but didnot workout. Then i detached the props and callibrated all sensors again, and this worked in one go.
