Hi tTomL31, our apologies for the inconvenience. Please try to use a different cable or a different PC so that we can isolate the issue. You can also uninstall DJI Assistant 2 and the reinstall it in your PC. Kindly download DJI Assitant 2 using this link: https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#downloads and follow the video tutorial below. If this a newly purchased drone. You need to peel off the stickers, which are likely to cause an error report. Please make sure to update the firmware to the latest version with the latest version using DJI Assistant 2. A display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. You can set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200. Restart the PC and the aircraft multiple times. If the issue persists, please let me know. Thank you.
