little bloated..    not going to last too much longer if they continue being used like this...., looking at temps, voltages, time in flight, and each cells voltages, surprisingly healthy for how bloated the packs are....   you can maybe recover this a little bit.

do not store the batteries at 100%, even if weekly flights i know it should be fine, but looking at your batteries it isn't doing your batteries any good..  , better store discharged mostly then to do it fully charged, in my opinion..  for example, say finish your flights at 25% battery left, store it at that percentage then recharge it before flying.. night/day before is fine..

also very so often do a "dull discharge".. basically is where you turn on your mavic air and leave it sitting idle from 100% to 0%, this allows the battery without any extra stress on it to "relearn" compacity and reset its endpoints.   then charge it up again either fly it or partially charge it and store it..

All values look good and show healthy battery, so nothing to worry about there, the bulging has to be a concern, you do know batteries warranty is 6 months or 200 charges so if less than 200 warranty could cover this ,
Worth checking out, if bulging in flight danger is they may pop out while flying .

If your batteries still qualify for warranty ie less than 200 charges start a case with dji to get them replaced.
Batteries are pretty cheap for Mavic Air so don’t take to much risk .
