I would like to thank the guys and gals with the DJI After Sales Service Team. Each and every represenative I have encountered with DJI, have been absolutely wonderful. It has become obvious to me that DJI strives to provide prompt, professional and courteous service to each and every customer. I do not understand some of the negativity I have seen online regarding after sales service, as I have had nothing but a positive experience. I have been fortunate enough to have only had one issue where repair services were needed for one of my DJI Drones. The after sales service team responded same day to my initial inquiry and my case was handled very quickly. Keep up the good work DJI!
