I just lost my Spark, and contacted DJI about replacing "just" the aircraft, and nothing else. I did all of this contact by "live chat", and they couldn't give me a price, only that someone would be in contact. So while I wait for that, I was wondering if anyone else here has had experience with a special order? Are prices competative with online retail? And is DJI good at emailing/contact?
