My package was shipped through UPS which. Though it said it was delivered yesterday, I thought it might be delayed and waited for a day and called UPS. They told it is delivered to my awe. I said did you get the sign and they said they don't need it. I pursued to ask me if the driver has any information about the package and they did not. I was amazed and asked them how can you deliver a costly package without taking my sign? They told they did not need my signature to deliver the package since that was how the packaging process was requested by the sender.


I am amazed that how can a $1000 (at least a year back) worth package be sent to a customer that does not require his sign.??


PART-2 - CUSTOMER LIVE CHAT
I explained the same thing back to back (add additional delay for his response). Took me close to 30 mins. He asked me to file a goddamn police report. This part irked me to the core.


Now tell me one thing, first of all, it took me a month and a half to get the drone fixed after numerous calls back to back when I finally thought I am done with this, the DJI sends me a package with my drone in it which does not require my signature and I don't know what the heck happened to my package. I could have paid for the goddamn secure shipping if you had asked me to.


GIVE MY GODDAMN DRONE BACK. I AM GOING TO VACATION ON BY END OF MARCH 2019 AND I NEED MY DRONE BACK FOR PHOTOGRAPHY. IF YOU WANT FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT BY YOURSELF, GO AHEAD. JUST MAKE SURE MY DRONE IS DELIVERED BY END OF MARCH. I HAVE BOUGHT 6 MAVIC BATTERIES AND OTHER ACCESSORIES THAT ARE WORTH MORE THAN DRONE ITSELF. SO PLEASE SEND MY DRONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.


PS - DON'T SHIP WITH UPS. LET ME KNOW AND I WILL PAY FOR SECURE SHIPPING.

@Mindry - The DJI support guys are asking me to file a police report. That is something that DJI should take care of. You guys please go ahead and file a report and I will respond to anyone who will contact me for inquiry. I neither have the time nor keen to file a police report for a freaking missing drone. In fact, it is not even my mistake. SO STOP ASKING ME TO FILE A POLICE REPORT AND DO WHATEVER IS NECESSARY TO GET MY GODDAMN DRONE BACK.

We have opened the claim to UPS for further investigation, they will probably contact you, our team will also follow it up, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
