I am using 5D Mark IV with 16-35 LIII lens on Ronin S. I am getting a vertical shake in the footage - up and down movement in every video. How can I eliminate that?

Can you post an example video? I am possibly having the same problem.

Hi svikramajit, sorry for the troubles on vertical stabilization, please refer to the suggestions below to try again.
1. Please make sure all the knobs in the gimbal have been locked tightly.
2. Perform the auto tune and balancing the gimbal properly before shooting.
3. Keep the knees bent when walking to get a smooth shot.
4. Lean forward slightly when shooting, so the pitch axis can reduce the vertical shake caused by walking.
5. Set the corresponding SmoothTrack value based on the shooting requirements. You may turn off Roll SmoothTrack.
