Hi,

I just bought Osmo mobile 2 last week. I try to take panorama pictues, but I always get black pictures (blank) after processing. Errors happen when I use 180 or 360 degree panorama mode( I use Iphone X). Any suggestion?

I have the same problem. I sent mine back to the engineers last week, and it got returned to me yesterday and the same problem arises. I have emailed them, awaiting to hear a response. I am also using an iphone X.

Same here... i am using an iPhone Xs and the Panorama mode always crashes after 8-9 pics... :/

I have a same problem I use Iphone X

Paronama with Lock Rotate = Black Picture
Paronama with Unlock Rotate = Crash Picture

What can I do for fix this bug.

They emailed me back and told me the following: “Try to update the firmware of your equipment.”
But I am sure I have the latest firmware installed on my Osmo 2

Same here... i can not make panos with my iphone xs here... it stopps after 8 pics...
