Hello,

I have bought a DJI Mavic Air and I'm "Unable to Link with the Aircaft".
The Remote control has a stable green light, the Aircraft has e Blinking green light and to red lights.
I have the latest android app and a Nokia 7 Plus.
With the remote I;m able to move the camera.

Can someone help.

Hello and good day Peter Noé. I am sorry to know that you are having issues in linking your DJI Mavic Air. Have you tried using a different mobile device to see if the issue will still persist. Upon checking  Upon checking the mobile device Nokia 7 Plus. I am sorry to say that the mobile device that you are using is still not recommended for your DJI Mavic Air as of the moment. Actually, there is a  possibility that the Nokia 7 Plus will work, however, since it's not yet optimized with the DJI Mavic Air and with the DJI Go 4 application we cannot guaranteed the stability of the Nokia 7 Plus when in use with the said device and with the said application and if this will work all the time while using the specific device.  We highly suggest you use the compatible device that was listed on the recommended mobile device list below to avoid any problem.
