I got my mavic 2 pro repaired from dji , i conected the remote and when i'm trying to activate , in the final step confirm your email address the activate button iturns grey after clicking activate button. How do i activate it, ? can somebody help please ?

Hello and good day ven007. I am sorry to know that you are having issues in activating your DJI Mavic 2 Pro. Are you connected to a good network connection , and may I know if you have tried using a different mobile device  to activate your drone? May I also know what is the model of the mobile device you are using please? In addition I will be posting an official DJI tutorial video on how to properly activate your DJI Mavic 2 Pro.
