I'm new to this with an Inspire 2 with X4S.

I shot most of it at 1080P 60fps, some shots were 4K. I used a NP16 filter. I didn't note what the shutter was at. I edited it in Adobe Premiere Pro and inputted and outputted it at 1080P.

My question: why there is intermittent stutter on playback on my PC or some TVs, not on other devices.

Granted my pan was too fast near the end. But why the stutter on the the other clips on some devices?

And any suggestions/comments are appreciated.

Note: The customer wanted a video of a closeup of workers and then reveal the location. That was the purpose of the video.
