I bought my drone from an authorized DJI enterprise dealer. Ive tried activating my new Phantom 4 Pro v2 six times but its never gets to the window that says ACTIVATE. It just askes me to login and never prompts an activation. Yes, Ive followed the activation video to a tee, Still no prompt. Ive uninstalled the app multiple time and reinstalled and still nothing. Ive tried the server at my office; nothing! Ive contacted Dji support and there is not much help there. Please let me know of you have any advice.
