I've just submitted an enquiry for a repair case; my Mavic Air are under the DJI Care Refresh warranty. Well, now I hanven't well understood what to do... I printed my case receipt, so now I must wait the DJI support mail with the RMA? O I must send to the repair address by myself (in this case I should pay for the courier!).

We're sorry to know that you have to send the unit into our repair facility, however, since you've mentioned that you already have a case here in DJI, you will receive a shipping label through email that was produced by UPS. I would recommend checking the spam files and junk files to ensure that you will receive the shipping label into your email. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.
