I purchased the Care Refresh when I bought my DJI Spark. I had an accident and cannot figure out how to contact Care Refresh to file a claim. I have the Care Refreash Service Agreement email but it doesn't explain how to use the service. Does anybody have any advice.?

If you would like to use the DJI Care Refresh service, please select I have a DJI service plan, once the ticket is created, we will send you the shipping label and guide you what to next via the email.

Thank you Mindy, I was able to find the proper place to make a claim. I have my label printed and my drone ready to mail.
