I've been missing my drone for almost six months. It's dissappeared since I mailed it to DJI for minor repair.
I've had chats with so-called online tech support kids, provided my SN, case number, dates, etc...
Yet once I send my check to the address they provide - which is Cerritos California, it is all 'crickets'! Nothing!
I find it interesting that the web site has no navigation or links to any type of "escalation" procedure.
I wonder if DJI is legit? Any comments, please do so.
