I enter creds and get a network error (1-302). I need to calibrate visual sensors and dead in the water until I can log in. Please advise.

edit:
I installed v1.2.5 today and got the error. The prior version I had installed would not open, "blocked" for my protection.

This is so disappointing and frustrating! Can you please advise as soon as you have a fix for this. It has now been 2 weeks that I have been unable to use my Matrice 100 with N1 video encoder (presumably because of apparent aircraft firmware upgrade requirement via DJI GO app ie. no image transmission) and then unable to upgrade Matrice 100 firmware because DJI Assistant 2 was completely blocked on Windows 10 and now this "network error" preventing me from logging in.

Please tell your developer to test software and firmware updates PRIOR to release!

this is unacceptable. why don't you test your products before releasing them?

And why does the download page say

2 days now with my new goggles and still not able to use them. This truly is frustrating, and quite frankly unacceptable for a company this well know and experienced to not have this fixed yet. You guys are letting us down.

Getting the same problem with the login to assitant.
My Mavic Pro is in a USB connect disconnect loop and I need assistant. When is this going to be fixed @DJI Gamora ? Any answers yet from the big guys upstairs?

bahhh.. nevermind I just used DUMLdoreV3.10 to reflash and it seems to have fixed it.

guys this is a possible workaround.
i downloaded the dji assistant for mavic (supports mavic2) and installed that. I was able to log in and not get the 1-302 error.
it detected my dji goggles RE and it let activate, link to the mavic 2 pro and do a goggles firmware update.

despite the support person telling me not to do this last night because it wouldn't work - it seems to have worked...

They block a much bigger problem.
e.g. falling drone.
The "communication" error is absurd, because logins from other applications work.

I use McAfee virus killer, and if I want it to ignore something like that I can do so by adding it to the 'Exclude' list. In McAfee this exclude list is found in the 'real time scanning' window.

If I wanted it not to scan the DJI Assistant 2 file and give the false positive, then I would add this to the exclusion list.

I noticed yet another bug with this great specimen of programming.
When trying to update my safe-fly zones the update downloads but the program immediately crashes once it tries to transmit it to the drone.

     I looked at all the "Downloads" sections of the Product Sites for DJI and they all appear to have the new and latest version of DJI Assistant 2.  You have to download the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 for what product you are trying to work with.  The latest versions of DJI Assistant 2 have addressed the issue with Windows 10.

     Yeah, I have Fix-It Utilities and it gives me those options to.  So, now I have a working version of DJI Assistant 2.  I broke out my DJI Goggles and was wondering if they needed an update when this happened.  Everything works fine now after the moment of panic!  Good to see DJI was on top of it though.
