Yep, but a digital voucher in your account is a different thing, than a " Two-months of using Mavic 2 Zoom "


I can imagine that there might be a problem with getting it into elbertis country , or deliver it to him.

But still, there should be communication about it.
But, perhaps,  elberti owning a Mavic 2 Pro did let someone think, that there is no testing needed?
Just kidding.
Communication is not the strongest suit of DJI, sometimes!

In any case it is not professional to delay, refuse to reply and not offering an alternative, if there is an issue while granting this award.
