Hey all..

Just recently picked up a ZOOM.
I've spent most of my flight time with my P3P, I have a mavic too but it's not gotten much use.
Can't wait to get the Zoom up and see what she can do.

Hi Wild Bill, congratulations on the zoom! I got mine in mid-january and have put over a 100 miles on it since. You'll love it.

Do you have any experience with the DJI RE googles? They came with the Zoom & I saw there were "issues" with them.

Sadly the range sucks with the zoom and the goggles.

You will have a great flying experience with the original MP and

goggles you can fly a mile or two. With the zoom your lucky if you

get a half mile.

I have the white goggles and have no issues with the Zoom...lots of people have complained about the RE having a very limited range though...Ive seen responses that the pagota antenna (Mushroom one) helps but until they come up with a fix for the RE I dont think youll get more than a half to 3/4 mile range. You can search the many topics on it here in the forum and come to your own conclusion. Good luck with your new Zoom.
