I recently purchased a used P4P. I've upgraded to the lastest firmware and am having trouble getting it to show me the panorama modes. I've read several posts for from others and checked to make sure I'm not making the same mistake.

• I have a SD card installed and it is recognized and working.
• I'm in camera mode and not video mode.
• I have the latest firmware, although I'm confused because a recent post that asked what the latest version said 1.xxx and I show 2.00.0700.
• Here's what the about screen shows
  

I've seen posts mention they lost the setting after an upgrade. I don't know if I ever had it.

Not in my camera settings. As I mentioned I've read a number of posts, watch YouTube videos, etc. It's not where it's supposed to be. I can take a screenshot tomorrow.

Do you have the latest version of the app installed? Is your card fast enough, U3 is preferred for 4K, not sure about max photo size but it does need to be quick enough to handle the quick shots that it takes, the latter is just a thought is all.....

I havent checked to see if its there on my  app for a long time, last winter to be precise, actually, its spring now so 2 winters back lol

Try checking where you choose the picture mode, AEB, Burst, Single...When you choose panoramic it shows options for 360 pano, vertical pano horizontal pano

Here are screen shots of the app running on my iPad Air, and iPhone 6s.
It's the latest version of the app.
The pano option should be below timed shot I think.

I forgot to mention, AFIK the memory card is the one that came with it. I haven't tried a different one yet.

Current software version for the P4P is V01.05.0600 according to DJI Assistant 2,
Did you download a beta?
I Would recommend downgrading to V01.05.0600, but then again that is your call

have you tried with just a jpeg and not raw?

Give it a try might help.

Mystery solved...and I feel a bit sheepish. I have a Phantom 4, not a Phantom 4 Pro. Hopefully, they will release the software with panorama mode soon!!

No, I'm really disappointed that's it's not a P4P. I bought it at a benefit auction for my son's private school for $800. It was described as a Phantom 4 Pro and had an extra battery. I know the gentleman that donated it must have truly thought it was a pro. He had replaced it with a Mavic. I thought it was a great deal but as just a 4P I think I that was a what it was worth plus a decent donation.

Since this post is 2 years old you may have already figured out that you need to be connected to the drone for the pano mode to show up in the app, at least that is the case with my P4P.   I expect it is the same with the P4.
