Hi. A couple of shots from the coast near where I live. A rain storm was approaching and I dared only 1 battery as my Spark was starting to move around a bit.

First one without any doubt is absolutely amazing!

You said you were interested in Australia. Go look up where Warriewood is, it's incredible to think these shots were taken only about 25km from downtown Sydney!

All of them no fly zones. Plus the whole of Sydney Harbour is a no fly zone. Fortunately there are still quite a few nice spots to launch my Spark.

"all of them no fly zones" Are you saying that because the parks services says no? I can't find a "no fly zone" in those parks other than the restrictions if you see something is in the air. Which seems to be the same for all of Warriewood.

It's my understanding that you can fly in national parks as long as you follow their guidelines and ask permission.

That is the case here too. I have not yet asked permission personally, but some acquaintances have reported knock-backs. Much of the area is heavily wooded, steep and rugged, but there are some spots that might be worth the asking.
As to the helicopter pads, they don't often disrupt my flying, but I do take extra care near the one used by Dick Smith. A guy that also uses that park takes a UHF CB to get some lead time of Dicks take-offs.
