Hi, we're sorry for the troubles that it caused. I would like to ask if you've managed to use an SD card and check the information on the camera? Since you've mentioned that you try to reset the camera settings, may we know what specific error message are you gettings? Could you please verify to us if you could still control the movement of the gimbal? Did you check this situation using a different mobile device to see if you'll get the same scenario? Yes I used a SD card but it had slow writing speed issue so I removed it. Which information on the camera should I check?
Here is the error on camera settings reset:
I can still control the movement of the gimbal.
I tried on a samsung galaxy S9 and still same black screen issue.
