Hello,

I'm facing actually a black screen issue. I know that this issue is alreaded posted here in many threads and I read all of them and tried proposed solutions but still same..

Black screen

Black screen

I installed latest firmware (01.00.0560) through DJI Assistant 2 on Macbook Pro.
Remote controller version: 01.00.0200
I reinstalled DJI Go 4 (v4.3.14) on a Samsung Galaxy S7 (no power saving mode used).
No SD card used (removed).
I formatted internal storage.

No crash or hit.
No hardware errors displayed.
Nothing happens when I'm trying to take a picture or switching mode photo/video. When I'm trying to reset camera settings it displays an error and I cannot modify video resolution.

I don't know what to do anymore and I'm tired of this issue. I missed beautiful shots in Philippines and Thailand...

I hope you will help me and change my mind about DJI products.

Hi, we're sorry for the troubles that it caused. I would like to ask if you've managed to use an SD card and check the information on the camera? Since you've mentioned that you try to reset the camera settings, may we know what specific error message are you gettings? Could you please verify to us if you could still control the movement of the gimbal? Did you check this situation using a different mobile device to see if you'll get the same scenario? Please keep us posted on the latest progress. Thank you for continued support.

I'm seeing this post in the Mavic 2 Zoom forum...   I wonder if the forum software is screwed up?

Hi Tony,

Thank you for your reply.

Yes I used a SD card but it had slow writing speed issue so I removed it. Which information on the camera should I check?

Here is the error on camera settings reset: 2019-04-02 22.25.59.jpg

I can still control the movement of the gimbal.

I tried on a samsung galaxy S9 and still same black screen issue.

Hi, thanks for providing the updated details. I would recommend sending the unit to our repair facility for further evaluation of the drone. The repair fee would depend on the outcome of the evaluation and if the unit is still covered by the warranty. if you wish to send in the unit, please reach our support via the link below.
