I fail to understand why anti-drone fields cannot be set up to fence sensitive areas .....  admittedly it would be well above my pay-grade,  but some smart cookies should be able to do it.  In fact,  don't french airports have some sort of a shield ?
While they are at it,  let's shield cars to make mobiles useless  unless it's via a handsfree Bluetooth set up.

If the prisons were drone free areas, that would take a lot of the fun out of it. Haha

But yes, you are correct, there needs to be more done to prevent these things happening, so frequently.

There are many commercially available products (DeDrone, SkyFence, DroneShield, etc.) that do this. Its not that they can't be set up, it's that those responsible for securing these facilities either don't know the option exists or can't afford it.

Yes, some have more than one or two.

Personally, I love to jump on my SpYder RS-S and fly up the street...

Also have several fun and rewarding hobbies, archery/bowhunting,  leather crafts and wood working,
Playing music is an awesome way to unwind. Not to mention my herb gardening... haha
Yeah, them herbs can help settle a person down. Or to take a serious space journey...

I hear tell, RC modeling and flying those aircraft is a great escape... ;-)

I thought they were training hawks and eagles to take out drones from the sky.  Couldn't the prison just have a few real birds to take out the bad birds.

No, they don’t mess around with protected species.

All raptors are protected here. From the tiniest hawk, up to eagles and Our owls.

I find it ironic, that they give or sell inmates condoms & clean hypodermic syringe supplies to inmates serving federal sentences in maximum security prisons, yet illicit drugs are prohibited.

Some even have legit tattoo parlour freedom. Inside.

Seems to me it’s just a big chess game, and we all are the pawns, world wide.
They like the cat and mouse, good guy ~ bad guy scenarios.

Yeah, I’m fortunate enough to have had fortune enough, to buy fine instruments and decent equipment to keep me busy.

Do you too play any instruments yourself?
I can play accordion, keyboards, harmonica, some drums, and like singing.
Wished I could play guitar.

I believe here in the UK they use nets strung across the exercise areas so as to make landing or getting near impossible. Not usr e if everywhere has got them though, but it is relatively cheap and effective.

Yes, they use steel mesh here. But some exersize compounds are ceilingless, the inmates rights require direct line of sight, to the sun. Haha
