I can imagine what could be achived on long exposure time at this location - it got a high potential.

I had an ND16 filter on at the time because I was originally recording video, so perhaps that might have played a part. Also there was a new option that I had never seen in Camera Raw for Photoshop, I forget the name but it worked kind of like the fill light option, I think I probably turned it down too much trying to give the photo a crisp look.
