It seems I can only drop my Shutter speed on my mavic 2 pro to 1/20 second. How do I get it to preform slower SS?

I changed my camera to manual and the lowest I can go is 1/30 The fastest is 1/8000

What am I doing wrong? The mavic is right out of the box. I have not performed a firmware upgrade yet but I wouldn't think that was the issue?

Happened sometimes to me but not all the time during the flight, I soon get them all. I believe low or very high light during take off is affecting this.

When you are in video mode and record with 30fps you can't have slower shutter speeds than 1/30s.

The fastest shutter speeds can only be achieved when capturing stills up to 1/8000th. The fastest in video is equal to the frame rate.

You mean video or stills?
For video you can't go slower than the actual framerate (of course)

you cannot use shutter speed  lower than fps. for obvious reason.

I want to take pics at a slow shutter speed to see movement...maybe even in Hyperlaspe mode...i cant seem to figure out how to set this up in the menus?

Slower shutter speed than 1/30th is only available in cameras manual mode

I was in manual mode....I will do a bit more research, getting lost in all the menus LOL

What these guys are trying to say is that in "video mode", the lowest SS is 1/30 which is to match your FPS. And while in "photo mode", you can bring down the SS further till 8secs.

Got it, I was not sure how to go back and fourth from video to audio. I was in video the whole time. Now I see it. Thank you for clearing that up It's my newbie-ness as there are menu upon menu with the dji app
