Hi all,

I find it strange the app was updated again 5 days ago but in the Google Play store states it was last updated 19th Feb 2019? I remember updating to this version 4.3.14 with the same change log somewhere in Feb.

Anyway after this few updates do you guys noticed photos are no longer cached on your phone? I can only see the thumbnails. The phone's videos are ok and the photos/videos on the Mavic 2 Pro sdcard is also ok.

I'm very sure I pressed the shutter properly because the photos are in the Mavic 2 Pro sdcard but it's missing from the phone.

I've tried uninstall then reinstall also removed the DJI folder from phone's internal storage but the issue still persists. I'm using a S9+ on Android 9 Pie.

Ok weird today cached photos appeared to be fine but there's a few missing cached videos. This app is never gonna be perfect I guess. Quite a number of bugs reported seems it never got any professional response from the engineers. How I wish I can pull the codes and fix them myself

After you update you have to look at your settings
it can change with update.
Look if any of your settings have changed and then restart your device.

Sadly, this has always been the case.

I've gone through all the settings and everything is as per my preferences even after a full clean install with the DJI folder removed. Never had this issue with the older release.
