I originally asked about using the remote controller from Mavic Pro on Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom DJI Mindy mentioned that it's possible.    I wonder if there's any progress/update on this?

Don't think it's backwards compatible - same as the Smart Controller not working with the M1. Some claim that ocusync is software based - the Phantom 4 Pro V2 went from ocusync 1 to 2 so it may be possible via FW but nothing confirmed as yet and I doubt it will as the M1 reaches EOL.
