What device?
Normally this means you should kill all Apps running in background to free some CPU.
Or get a new phone /  device.

Hello and good day. Thank you for reaching out and for the inquiry. The Warning Messages that you received  is a new DJI Go 4 app feature, which can detect the usage of the CPU of the mobile device. This prompt will pop up when the CPU of the mobile device is fully loaded. It is recommended to prevent the mobile device from direct sunlight with a sunshade monitor hood when the mobile device is used in summer. Otherwise the mobile device may warm up and the CPU may be fully loaded, which affects your drone flying experience. Thank you.

With it saying "Mobile device", I would go with message reffering to your SmartDevice (cell phone) CPU being nearly overloaded.

"Otherwise the mobile device may warm up and the CPU may be fully loaded,"

Another translation problem?  Message should reference SmartDevice's temperature if CPU is getting to hot.  CPU fully loaded message would imply CPU is at 100% usage, regardless of temperature.

Did a small search for this (New) Dji Go4 app feature.
Google result.
Has been around sins early 2017 at least in iOS devices.

What on earth has the sun warming up the device got to do with CPU overloading?

IOS devices are designed to throttle performance when overheated IOS overheating.

So apart from turning off all unnecessary apps it helps to keep the device out of the sun on a hot day

For avoiding this:
- Kill any other app running on backgroud
- Put your device in airplane mode
- If hot weather avoid direct sunlight

On iOS sometimes you can get your screen to be dimmed, system will throtle down your processor, and in extreme situations it will shut down do avoid excessive heating....
