New to drones here, so thanks for bearing with me....
When I got home yesterday to check out the footage I took this weekend on my Mavic Air, I noticed that some videos were missing on the Skypixel App, at least 2 clips that I was sure I took. At first I thought that perhaps I'd noobed out and forgot to hit REC when flying, but then I looked in the SD card, all footage was there, incuding those 2 clips that were not on Skypixel.

Not sure why this happened. Has anyone seen this issue before and perhaps provide some guidance to fix it?

You have to load videos to skypixel. Do you mean the go4 app.

Sorry, yes, I meant on the go4 app album. I just ran another test and took three different videos and one photo and then looked in the app and the photo is there but the videos are not.

In the app under general settings, make sure the cache during recording is turned on.
