Hi,
today I am having a problem with a Mavic Pro, which does not connect to the remote after an firmware update failed. I cannot connect RC and Mavic, tried to bind it again, no chance.
When I try to update the Mavic with Assistant 2 (v1.25) it download the firmware to 100% then it should start with the update and it failes at this point. I tried another SD card, and restored factory defaults, but no update is possible!

I need HELP!






I also can not upload the error log, with Windows 10!

Does if fail if you try to flash a lower version of firmware first (say 01.03.1000)? Also, assuming that after it fails that you're rebooting the MP before attempting another flash? Have you tried to flash it from a Windows 7 machine and get the same results?

I tried all available versions, without seccess. I rebootet the Mavic several times, nothing changed.
I did not try another OS, but I donn't think that Win10 is the problem, because I can update all my other DJI stuff with this computer without any problem.

The strange thing is, that the update always fails at the beginning where the assistant software changes the status from downloading 100% to updating.
Does the assistant software or the Mavic write an update log, where I can find infos why this happens?

Try re-installing Assistant software...this software has buggy coding and Window drivers do not always install properly (problem since forever!).  Make sure you install 'as an Administrator".  If all else fails, update firmware using a Mac as a last resort (DJI seems to have 'issues' with Windows and Android   ).

I tried on another notebook, with new installed Assistant2 1.25, issue is as before.

Is it normal, that the device is recognized as Phantom4?

Does the aircraft run through its self test routine when powered up ?

Yes selftest is no problem, the motors beep normal and the LEDs are blinking.

Just some simple things... Be sure the battery on the MP is above 50%. Try a new USB cable.

Hope you get it going.

When you turn on aircraft and RC, does the RC display just show 'connecting' ?

Sometimes it can take a few seconds to establish connection.

Have you a formatted SD card in the aircraft ?

The remote connecting all the time both the RC and copter are powered on.
I tried the SD card which I used in the copter before and tried another one which I formatted with Windows10.

I also have the same problem. My AC firmware is stuck at V00.00.0000. Somebody told me to flash it. I don't know how to do it. And where you able to solve your problem?

reflash with Dumldore, load firmware, flash firmware, do it twice.

Reboot your windows 10 machine without Driver Signing and than start AC and than assistant.

yeah, Dumldore should do the trick.

Did you run the Assistant in Adminmode and has the Assistant permission from the Windows firewall?
