Hi,

I have the DJI Osmo 4K and I shot several different clips for a music video.

Most of them turned out great but some of them for some reason will not open from the SD card and when I transfer them to my computer they show as 2 MB even though they are clips of up to 1 minute so there is some issue with them saving to the SD card.

I can see those same clips when I go to the Osmo clip viewer and they work fine so they have not gone anywhere and should be retrievable somehow.

I want to keep them in 4K quality so saving them to my iPhone brings them down to 1080p.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so what would the best solution be?
